Town of Owego Tax payments will be accepted in the Town Clerkâs office located at the Owego Town Hall, 2354 State Route 434, Apalachin. Checks are made payable to Michael E. Zimmer, Receiver.
Office hours: Monday thru Friday - 8:00 AM till 4:30 PM.
USPS Postmark date is the only accepted proof of mailing.
Payment made after April 30 must be made to the Tioga County Treasurer. Please contact their office for the correct payment amount at (607) 687-8670.
