Welcome to the Online Tax System for Thousand Islands Central School.
This system allows you to search property tax information from any computer that has access to the Internet.
You can:
View a tax bill;
Find an assessed valuation;
See any exemptions on the property, and
Print a receipt.

For Thousands Islands CSD you can pay your taxes two ways:
a) Mail your payment to our new Lock Box address:
Thousand Islands Central School District
PO Box 5270, Dept 117017
Binghampton, NY 13902-5270; or
b) Bring in your payment to the District Office on the High School Campus at 8481 County Route 9, Cape Vincent, NY.

Tax Collector Office Hours: The tax collector has scheduled office hours on Sept 3, 9, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 27, 29, and 30th from 8:30 - 11:30am and 1:30-3:00pm.

Collection Timeline: School tax collections will be from Wed. Sept. 1st through Thu. Sept. 30th, 2010 without penalty. A 2% penalty will be added from Fri. Oct. 1st through Mon. Nov. 1st, 2010. A 3% penalty for Tues. Nov. 2nd through Wed. Nov. 3rd, 2010.

Installment Payments: The 1st Installment must be postmarked or received in person by Sept 30th. The 2nd and 3rd installment payments are made to the Jeffeson County Treasurer.
PAYMENTS MADE AT THE COUNTY WILL NOT BE POSTED ON THIS WEBSITE. You can contact the Jefferson County treasurer at (315) 785-3055.

Public Library Levis: The district collects a total of $87,500 in taxes on behalf of the Cape Vincent Community Library, Depauville Free Library, and the Hawn Memorial Library.
